Ingredients
50ml Tapatío Blanco 11020ml Lime Juice
10ml Agave Syrup
1/4 Egg White
Glass - Shot glass
50ml Tapatío Blanco 110
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Agave Syrup
1/4 Egg White
Add all the ingredients into the Boston glass, full up with cube ice shake vigorously, and strain up into the shot glass.
Drop of angostura bitters over the foam.
